Tim entered the music industry in the early 2000s, shortly after majoring in music at Goldsmiths, London, when his band secured a record deal with EMI. He's since advanced his career at EMI, Faber & Faber and WMG, overseeing WMG's Global Sync business, where he was responsible for a multi-hundred-million turnover function, encompassing creative, sales, marketing, and administration, as well as cultivating high-level relationships with artists, managers, and content creators across film, TV, and gaming. His experience include strategic planning and aligning worldwide teams, inside a major music company.
